Vesom Consulting Limited prepared and submitted Management Strategies and Implementation Plans (MSIPs) for the Construction of the Fish Landing Site at Nyandiva Beach, Lake Victoria, in Homa Bay County (Lot 8), under Contract No. 2000001132-0272-W-ICB-LOT 8. The assignment covered the Contractor’s Environmental and Social Management Plan (C-ESMP), waste management, air quality, borrow pit management, occupational safety and health, fire safety, emergency preparedness and response, labour management, gender mainstreaming, labour influx management, child protection, HIV/AIDS prevention, resource sharing and a grievance redress strategy for workers. Vesom was engaged by Regence Enterprises.

Vesom Consulting Limited conducted an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for the proposed Florida Borehole in Busia Town. The assessment examined potential environmental, health, safety and community impacts and proposed mitigation and monitoring measures to support sustainable borehole development and operation.
